Carrot soup with fried berries and Gomasiobrotwuerfel



 Ingredients:


1 Tbsp. soy margarine
1 small onion
400 gr. Carrots
1 sweet potato  (about 200 gr.)
1 apple  (about 200 gr.)
1 liter of water + 2 Tbsp. Instantgemuesewuerze
1,5 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp curcuma
Salt, pepper to taste
100 ml Sojacuisine

Brotwuerfel:
1 Tbsp. Soy margarine
2 slices of white bread
1 Tbsp. Gomasio (geroestetes Sesamsalz)

Fried berries:
1 Tbsp. Soy margarine
100 g Blueberries
1 -2 tsp. Agavendicksaft
Cinnamon

Wash, peel and cube the carrots, potato and the apple.
Peel the onion and chop.
Add the Instantgemuesewuerze to the water to make a boullion.
Andunsten the onion with 1 Tbsp. of say margarine and curry and curcuma
using mild heat about 2 minutes. Add the carrots, apple and potato to the onion and andunsten for a short time. Then add the bullion. Boil the vegetables in the bullion until soft and then puree.
Just before serving:
Fry the berries in 1 Tbsp. of soy margarine.
Add 1-2 tsp. of Agavendicksaft and  a pince of cinnamon.
Cut the bread into cubes. Fry the cubes in 1 Tbsp of soy margarine. Sprinkle with the Gomasio.
Add the Sojacuisine and heat again, but do not let it boil! Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put the soup in bowls, garnish with Sojacuisine, and on one side the blueberries and on the other the Brotwurfel. Enjoy!
