1 package of rice waffles, 100 gr.
2 small onions, peeled and finely chopped
4 Tbsp tomato paste
About 300-450 ml water
Salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg
1 Tbsp oil
2 pickles cut in thin slices
4 rolls, cut in half
Crumble the rice waffles und mix with the onions, the water and the tomato paste. Add the oil and then add salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg to taste.
Put the onion meat on the rolls, garnish with a little chopped onion and serve with a couple of slices of pickle.
