Vanilla crescents


300 gr. flour
220 gr. vegan butter
150 gr. ground almonds
100 gr. powdered sugar
a pinch of baking powder
a pinch of salt

Mix the ingredients to make the dough and form a ball. Refrigerate for an hour. Roll the dough into crescents. Bake at 320 degrees F about 20 minutes. Roll the warm cookies in a mixture of 100 gr. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. of vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon.
